Orlando Babe Ruth strives to inclusively grow baseball in our community by developing young girls and boys baseball skills, physical and mental development, respect, and love of the game through promoting growth in character, self confidence, discipline, responsibility and the role of the individual in a team.

Vision

OBR will provide a foundation for development of our children through leadership and character development using baseball as a vehicle for outreach in our community.  We strive to develop best practices in every aspect of our commitment to deliver a world class experience for our children, parents, coaches and sponsors.

Our primary customer is our children, boys and girls, healthy and impaired, and economically and racially inclusive. The fabric of our leadership is values and non-ecumenically faith-based, and we endeavor to model these values to our children through our coaches, families, spectators and sponsors.  We provide value to our patrons and supporters by delivering a product that reflects our values and extends to the quality of our patrons.
